Ok..

so I have kinda forgotten about my blog for a month and a half LOL Things have just been so hectic around here.  The boys are doing phenomenal in school.  Austin has struggled a bit in a couple of classes, but he has finally brought those grades up.  We get Jacob's report card this week.  He thinks that he came close to having straight A's, which would be a first for him.. but he was missing a few assignments in Math and didn't get them back to the teacher in time.  So, he may have a B in that class. But either way, I am sooo proud of my little munchkin.  He is doing so much better this year than I thought he would.  Sometimes the transition from elementary school to Jr. High can be a rough one.  But he has done very well.  I am very proud of both of my boys.

Bowling season is just about up.. we head to Vegas in November for our sweeper.  I may actually have a chance at winning some money.  My team is in first place, which is freakin' awesome!! That's a first for me... my teammate is my best friend's fiance, Dave.  And it kinda helps that he used to be a pro-bowler :) But for once, I am actually bowling really good.  My average has been steadily climbing, which is exciting for me.  Especially since I took about a 2 year break.  We will just have to see what happens.

My parents are both doing great!! I'm glad that their health scares are over with.. that was more stress than I needed to deal with.  I lost about 15 pounds during those 2 weeks. Not the ideal way to do it, but hey, whatever works LOL
